Return or refund policy
We strive to only sell the highest quality equipment and we rigorously check every aspect of every unit. Should any of our products arrive defected or have a manufacturing fault we will replace the unit promptly.
If this is the case then send us the unit and we will send you the replacement.
Should any of our products arrive damaged that was not caused by you or us then you can return the unit/s and we will ship out a new unit/s at no cost. We will however need clear photos of the unit/s and packaging prior to opening and the unit/s themselves so that we can assess how the items were damaged and who is responsible, if we do not have clear photographic or video evidence then we cannot follow this up and no replacement units will be sent.
We love our customers and we do our utmost to make sure we send out well manufactured products that are packaged and protected well.
